Matt Wingfield - Managing Director
Matt joined TAG in October 1997, bringing over eight and a half years experience of the UK education market, including seven years as a primary school teacher and ICT Coordinator, and a further nineteen months as a highly successful Centre Director and Director of Education for the Kingswood ICT Study Centre Group. Matt is dedicated to building close and highly productive partnerships with key stakeholders within education, so that through the range of innovative online assessment and moderation systems that TAG can provide, we can continue helping teachers and students to gain the most out of using effective ICT as an integral part of teaching and learning.

Karim Derrick - Development Director
Former Secondary Maths teacher and online education community developer, Karim has been a key member of TAG’s development and creative team for over eight years. As TAG’s Development Director Karim has represented TAG at international e-Portfolio conferences, on industry technical working groups and has led all of TAG’s high stakes development projects.

Andrew Campbell - Senior Developer
With over ten years experience within the software development industry, Andrew Campbell is a key member of the team, supporting Karim Derrick on all technical projects TAG is involved in. Prior to being recruited to TAG in September 2003, Andrew was involved in delivering a number of high profile projects including a system to manage online ticket sales for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

Declan Lynch - Senior Developer
Declan is a senior PHP developer and project manager and is involved in the planning, design and construction of a range of online applications. Declan has played a key role in the development of the recent phases of the e-scape project. Declan previously ran Newtownmedia providing new media design and consultancy across a range of clients from corporates to small businesses.

Karl Buckland - Developer
Karl has made a significant contribution to the development team and the projects that he has undertaken. Of particular note has been his server side document conversion web service, a key component in TAG Development's Red Pen tool and a java based application for providing sockets based control of evidence capture applications in live, supervised assessment contexts.

Sanjeevan Ambalavanar - Developer
Having joined TAG in February 2008 with three and a half years of commercial experience under his belt, Sanjeevan has made a significant impact on both the team and the work that we have been able to undertake. He is a particularly focused and prolific developer, who brings his knowledge and skills to bear on a project with noticeable efficiency and effectiveness. He has been especially focused on the technologies that facilitate the modern day collaborative social networking phenomena, and in so doing has developed a range of skills in this area.
